1st Year Program Structure The first year is designed to create radical growth and challenge every area of your life. The structure and rules of this program are established to impact the following areas: spiritual, personal development, and ministry. Spiritual development: To build your relationship with God, your character, and your vision. Scripture memory: Interns are required to memorize scripture and have periodic tests.
Daily devotion: Prayer meetings and devotions take place each morning.
Bible study: Bible study for Action House students is held once a week.
Church involvement: Attendance on Sunday morning and Thursday evening service at Angelus Temple is required for all students.
Personal development: To help build you academically, vocationally, and relationally. Vocationally: Sharpen professional development in areas of decision-making, time management, and basic job skills.
Sharpen speaking skills: Interns will be required to give their testimony and MC at selected events, and will periodically teach devotions.
Administrative work: Develop good work ethics and proper office behavior.
Relationally: Learn how to interact and problem solve together. Help strengthen character and integrity with periodic accountability meetings.
Ministry: Set the foundation of ministry in your life through hands on experience, training, and personal contact.
Action House will help define your strengths and gifts. Action House Outreaches: This involves organizing, planning, and facilitating outreaches from set-up to clean-up.
Church Services: This involves equipping and training churches through multimedia tools for evangelism.
Administrative Work: This develops the ability of event coordination, assisting staff, and office work.
Mission Trips: This gives an opportunity to minister to inner cities in America and over seas.
